    Yes, each apartment comes equipped with AC/heat. If you have additional questions, please contact the leasing office.
  • Are there ceiling fans?

  • Is there parking available? Is it free or paid?

    The parking options at our community include first come, first serve parking, with boat/trailer parking at $50/month. Additional fees may apply. Please contact the leasing office for more information regarding our parking policy.
  • Is there a gym, pool, or common area?

    Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer EV Charging Stations as an amenity in our community.

    Yes, our community is conveniently located near shopping and dining in Cartersville, GA in the surrounding area.
  • What is the roommate policy?

    All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease.   • Is there a maximum number of occupants?

    The maximum number of occupants per apartment is 2 for a one-bedroom, 4 for two-bedrooms, and 6 for three-bedrooms.   • Can guests stay over, and for how long?

    Our guest policy is that anyone who stays in the apartment for more than 7 days consecutively or more than twice that in a month must be added to the lease. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
  • Is there guest parking available?
